_*ABA Therapist / RBT Responsibilities:*_
- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals as designed by the BCBA.
- Conduct behavior assessments and collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions using behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behavior interventions.

* Experience working with Children
* RBT Certification OR 40 Hour RBT Training Program

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
