| Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines, including relevant success criteria for form elements (e.g., 1.3.1, 3.3.1 3.3.4, 4.1.2). | Required | 2 | Years |

| Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) WAS | Highly desired | ||
