We're Hiring: Administrator Assisted Living - CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility)

Location: Milwaukee area

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience)

Adava Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership at one of our small to mid-sized Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) in the Milwaukee area. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching home for residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring daily operations meet DHS 83 regulatory compliance.
• Conducting resident assessments and developing service plans.
• Leading staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintaining strong resident satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
• Managing budgets, financial records, and billing processes.
• Leading marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensuring safety, emergency preparedness, and policy compliance.
• Advocating for residents and maintaining communication with families.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years management experience in CBRF, RCAC, Senior Care or Assisted Living facilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Heath or Human Services field or equivalent experience.
• Current Knowledge of the senior living industry and of the regulatory agencies governing practice.
• Proven strengths in leadership, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

This is an on-site role located in the Milwaukee area.
