APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Location: Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland CAC Affordable Housing – Ashland County - time split between properties in Ashland and Loudonville
Status: Regular Full Time
Description: Responsible for all phases of maintenance of the apartment community.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with on-hands experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall and general maintenance
