Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team to achieve business goals.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend availability and on-call shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous Dairy Queen Leadership experience would a tremendous benefit
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.
