Our client is seeking a Shop Manager for an excellent on-site position located in Ocoee, FL. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations of the repair shop, managing a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and operational management to drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or technical school training in automotive repair preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications or additional certifications (e.g., manufacturer-specific) a plus.
Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally and address their concerns.
Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain an efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery.
