Full-time | 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

$18.75 per hour
Job Description
Staffmark is partnering with a reputable company in Bardstown to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative . In this vital role, you will support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and prepare product quotes
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately in both English and Spanish
- Manage inventory records and coordinate with various departments
- Maintain timely and clear communication internally and externally
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive parts manufacturing (preferred, not required)
