We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Client Relations Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the services
- Troubleshoot and resolve services issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
- Assist scheduling department as needed
- Provide phone interpretation between claimants and customers when needed
- Recruit independent contractors for areas requested by scheduling department
- Maintain independent contractors records up to date
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be flexible, able, and willing to cross-train in like departments
