Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Billing, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
• Experience with processing and reconciling accounts payables and accounts receivables.
• Experience with processing and reconciling credit card transactions.
• Experience with reconciling processing and reconciling Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payments
• Experience with reviewing payroll data for processing through Paycom - setting up employee profiles, reviewing time/attendance data, hours worked, pay rates, deductions, etc.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with Excel - formulas, vlookup/xlookup, pivot tables, sorting/filtering data, financial modeling, macros.

Plusses:

• Experience working in the Construction / General Contracting industry

Day-to-Day: Insight Global is looking for a Billing and AP/AR Coordinator to join the Accounting team. In this role you will handle the processing and reconciliation of transactions, including credit card and ACH payments. You'll review payroll data through Paycom, ensuring accurate employee profiles, time and attendance data, pay rates, and deductions. Utilizing your intermediate to advanced Excel skills, you'll manage complex spreadsheets, using formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros to analyze financial data and build models. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company's financial health through timely and accurate transaction processing and detailed financial analysis.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
