Proven experience in collision repair estimating and insurance coordination
Organized and friendly personality
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong time management and workflow planning skills
Excellent communication with customers, staff, and insurance partners
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Familiarity with OEM procedures and DRP guidelines
Ability to lead with integrity, accountability, and customer satisfaction in mind
