We are seeking a dependable and professional Non-CDL Driver with to operate a 20 ft box truck for local and regional deliveries. The ideal candidate is skilled in handling mid-sized commercial vehicles and is committed to safety, punctuality, and providing outstanding customer service.
This roles compensation is based per route
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 20 ft box truck to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or routing software, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance issues.
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience driving a 20 ft box truck or similar vehicle (under 26,000 lbs GVWR).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 50–75 lbs).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with delivery, logistics, or moving services.
Familiarity with route planning and electronic delivery systems.
Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful for minor truck issues.
