Joining Location- Initial remote but resource should be ready to relocate to Baton Rouge,LA within one month upon asked to relocate.
Skills Required:
· User support and issues resolution related to the Platform .
· Monitor platform performance and take remediation steps.
· Maintain platform health
· Monitor and support critical BEX reports with SLAs.
· Coordinate with Basis, Data Engineers, and DevOps Data Support teams to implement integrations and improvements.
