Led by two owners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders, the company is seeking quality individuals with 2+ years of experience or transferable skills who are eager to grow into lead positions.
Job Highlights :
- Training Provided : Owners will personally train and invest in the right candidates.
- Primary Service Area :
- 60% of work in Tampa
- 20% in St. Petersburg
- 10-20% in Sarasota
- Travel : Round-trip travel within a 120-mile radius.
- Work Type : On-site, hands-on construction with no central office location.
Requirements :
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Experience in window and door installation is preferred but not required.
- Carpentry skills are a plus.
- Must be willing to travel within the designated service areas.
Hiring Details :
- Location : Near Tampa International Airport (close to 275 and I-4).
- Employment Type : Hourly, full-time positions.

- Step 2: On-site interview to assess hands-on skills.
