How Youll Contribute to Our Partners Success

As a Coffee Shop Manager, youll be the heartbeat of their shop, leading a team of passionate co- workers to deliver exceptional coffee and an unforgettable customer experience. With 3+ years of experience in caf or retail management, youll bring energy, creativity, and a knack for building community to keep the shop buzzing.

• Lead a team of staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
• Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to deliver the shops signature vibe
• Drive sales through creative promotions, local partnerships, and community events
• Manage financials, including daily sales reports, cash handling, and cost control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shop in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement brand standards, from drink quality to shop aesthetics
• Collaborate with marketing for fresh ideas (think latte art contests or pop-up events)
• Monitor and order supplies for coffee, pastries, and merchandise
• Resolve customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Use POS and inventory systems to streamline operations
