Now Hiring – Experienced Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician (DFW Metroplex)
RLP Mechanical | $35–$45/hr | Weekly Pay | Take-Home Truck + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC refrigeration systems : walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, ice machines as well as RTU’s, split systems, and chillers.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines
- Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades
- Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience
- Previous commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus
- Proven skill with diagnostics, repairs, and system performance optimization
- EPA Type II certification required | OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
