We’re seeking a Design Manager based in Miami, FL (or willing to travel there occasionally) to bring precision and artistry to bespoke projects that define excellence. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Design Manager position include:- Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD 2D and Revit in a lead drafting or design coordination role- Experience developing shop drawings and detailed design documentation for luxury architectural projects- Strong design sense with a high level of precision and attention to detail- Ability to interpret architectural concepts and develop them into constructible project drawings- Experience with decorative building facades, millwork, and/or ornamental glass and metal- SolidWorks experience is a plus but not required- Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and fabrication teams to finalize designs- Willingness to attend meetings in Miami 1–2 times per month as neededSalary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
