- Starting Pay: up to $0.65 CPM based on experience, plus an additional performance incentive of $0.10 for reaching 2,000 safe miles each week.
- Mileage and Freight: Average of 2,500 miles per week with 100% No Touch Freight.

- Customer Base: Leverage our established customer relationships, enabling our planners to schedule 24-72 hours in advance, ensuring you remain on the road without depending on brokered freight.

Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- No DUI/DWI offenses in the past 5 years.
- 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last year from an accredited CDL school or 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
