Job Description: Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition, architecture/design, and process detailing. At least 4 years of experience in Elasticsearch. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in project and talent management. Experience with project management methodologies. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in IT.
