Title: Electronic Technician III

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for an Electronic Technician to join one of our largest clients. The Electronic Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, service repairs, and emergency support for integrated security systems including alarm intrusion, access control, VMS, CCTV, and GBR. This role involves troubleshooting issues, documenting service activities, supporting technical teams, and occasionally assisting with field installations. The technician provides 24/7 on-call service as scheduled, maintains company vehicles when assigned, and may travel as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales and customer service teams with product application insights and performing other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years hands on experience with electronic alarm systems and sensors or equivalent experience working as electronic tech with wires/cables
• 3+ year’s hands on experience with electronic access control systems or other relevant electronic systems
• Experience using programming software associated with electronic alarm and access control systems or other relevant programming
• Active Secret Clearance

Plusses:

• Experience with other DOD Security Systems (Lenel, Picard, Vindicator)
• VMS, CCTV and GBR experience is a plus.
