💼 What You'll Do:As a Marketing Associate , you’ll be on the front lines at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional activations , representing leading national brands and creating memorable customer experiences.
Your day-to-day will include:
Representing top-tier brands at retail events, pop-up shops, and in-store promotions
Engaging customers in face-to-face interactions , providing product info, and answering questions
Promoting and selling products/services with energy, integrity, and professionalism
Creating personalized, engaging experiences to build brand loyalty
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
Using CRM tools to track leads, performance data, and customer insights
Participating in sales workshops, team huddles, and professional development sessions

Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (college degree is a plus)

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
