Job Requirements

Please do not apply if you significantly exceed these requirements
Can pass a criminal history/background check and legal documentation to work in the US
Have 2-6 months experience in rooftop solar installations or passion to learn the trade
Have 2-6 months experience as an electrican helper related hands-on experience
Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50+ lbs, work outside and be on your feet for 8 hours
Have ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative team environment
Must be a self-starter and willing to learn new skills within a dynamic operational environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be punctual and can maintain excellent attendance
Willing to work projects out of State (southwestern US)
