Full Specialist (Skincare, Nails, Waxing) - Build Your Business at Cameo Salon & Spa
Are you a passionate and driven Full Specialist looking to build a thriving business in a team-oriented environment? Cameo Salon & Spa is seeking a dedicated professional to join our upscale commission-based salon.
What you’ll do:
Be a Spa Ambassador: This is a unique opportunity to grow your clientele by introducing yourself to guests in our hair department, educating them on our spa offerings, and performing complimentary mini-treatments (e.g., hand/neck massage, express facial analysis) to entice them to book a full service with you.
Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing services.
Provide exceptional service using our premium product lines: Farmhouse Fresh and PCA Skin .
Drive Retail Sales: A critical part of this role is comfortable and effective product education and sales to help clients maintain their results at home.
What we offer:
Competitive Commission: Start at 46% commission on services.
Retail Incentives: Up to 20% retail commission plus a potential monthly retail bonus of up to $150!
Guaranteed Pay: A guaranteed hourly rate of $14/hour with tips while you build your clientele.

Who we’re looking for:
A licensed Full Specialist (Esthetician and Nail Tech license required).
Experience is preferred, but we will consider newly licensed specialists with an exceptional drive to succeed and a proactive, outgoing personality.
Someone with strong retail sales skills and a passion for product knowledge.
A dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.
