Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Print Material Design: Create and prepare various print assets, including brochures, direct mail pieces, posters, and flags.
  • Print Production Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the entire print production process, from design to pre-press. This includes knowledge of color processes (e.g., CMYK), color separation, and how designs translate accurately to print.
  • Pre-Press Environment: Thrive in a pre-press production environment, ensuring files are optimized and ready for printing.
  • GTM Season Readiness: Be able to handle high volumes of work at scale and on time during the critical GTM season, when marketing materials are developed in various languages (English, Spanish, Chinese).
  • Collaboration & Independence: Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, work independently, and proactively read between the lines to anticipate needs.
  • File Optimization: Experience with file optimization for campaigns is crucial.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in graphic design and production (agency or in-house).
  • Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; solid knowledge of Acrobat, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of print production workflows, including long-form layout, typography, packaging, and prepress standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma for editing/resizing digital components (emails, landing pages, responsive modules) within system-based frameworks.
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-turnaround environments with tight deadlines and complex stakeholder feedback loops.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across creative, project management, and marketing functions.
  • Ability to work within regulatory constraints and accessibility standards.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments using digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design quality and accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in digital workflows.
  • Knowledge of designing with multilingual layouts and translated content (e.g., Spanish, Chinese).
  • Familiarity with video/motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus, though not required.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of production without handholding.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to be directed.
