We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator skilled in operating skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer, excavator, and dozer efficiently and safely.
- Perform grading, digging, land clearing, and material handling.
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
- Work with site supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GPS grading systems.
- Experience with different attachment tools.
- Minor mechanical repair skills.
