About the Position:

We are looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician under our Apprenticeship Program . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and career growth in IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist with system installations, updates, and configurations
• Maintain IT documentation and track support requests
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

✔ Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work on-site in Arecibo, PR
