Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires exceptional legal drafting skills, research abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Attorney will be responsible for handling some employment-based immigration matters, representing clients in USCIS interviews (primarily family-based cases), removal defense hearings and in Immigration Court. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking flexibility while gaining experience in a variety of immigration case types. The role has the potential to develop into a full-time position over time. Key Responsibilities: Attend USCIS interviews (primarily family-based cases) Represent clients in Immigration Court. Prepare clients for interviews and hearings Assist with employment-based petitions and filings. Collaborate with founder attorneys and legal assistants on case strategy and workflow. Qualifications: Active license to practice law in Illinois. At least 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required).
