Key Responsibilities
- Invent and deploy manufacturing systems aimed at elevating productivity.
- Scrutinize production metrics to spotlight opportunities for boosting efficiency and quality.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to diagnose and address production setbacks.
- Perform time assessments and simulate processes to streamline operations.
- Create and uphold comprehensive manufacturing documentation, from work instructions to SOPs.
- Lead initiatives geared towards continual improvement by applying Lean and Six Sigma strategies.
- Guide and instruct production teams on new systems and best practice protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and quality guidelines throughout manufacturing activities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and a range of engineering tools.
- Previous exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma approaches is an asset.
- Outstanding problem-solving talents and preemptive challenge management.
- Exceptional communications and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic settings and juggle multiple assignments effectively.
