Elizabeth Home Design & Décor is a high-end residential interior design firm and boutique store is seeking a Design Assistant with a passion for design, organization, and client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 2 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion and/or College Degree in interior design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Assist in retail operations when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Drawing experience in CAD or Sketch Up
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
