Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
- Provide wellness and preventive care guidance
- Administer immunizations
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Participate in medical research and continuous learning

Requirements
Requirements:
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Medicaid and Medicare numbers (NPI required)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
