This role requires at least five years high-end jewelry experience.
About the Role:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with purchases, repairs, and custom design projects
- Share product knowledge and help clients make confident decisions
- Keep our showroom looking elegant and welcoming
- Gift wrap purchases and add personal touches to the client experience
- Collaborate with a small team that supports each other
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of high-end jewelry experience required
- Background in fine jewelry
- A polished, dependable professional who enjoys working with people
- Someone eager to learn and grow in a high-end retail environment
- Comfortable learning product details and engaging with clients in an upscale setting
- Long-term commitment and weekend availability required
