Finance Intern Accounts & Credit

Your mission:

As part of the Credit Department, you will support key administrative and monitoring activities related to customer accounts and credit management. You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Shared Services Center, and the Sales team to ensure smooth financial operations and process accuracy.

This position will have a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

• Support customer accounting processes: monitor payments, verify receipts, and assist with reconciliations.
• Help manage credit operations: define credit terms, review bulk orders, track expiration dates, and assist with reminders.
• Monitor the flow of promotional invoices: ensure correct documentation and proper registration.
• Assist in updating internal procedures and documentation (DTPs, policies, and key controls).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily credit-related activities.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Knowledge of Excel and general finance or accounting concepts.
