Responsibilities:

• Lead on projects of varying sizes and scopes
• Direct management of junior staff
• Utilize your existing network and contacts to drive business development
• Ownership of elements of operations within the office (recruitment and financial forecasting)

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
• Licensed Landscape Architect in Arizona
• Extensive business development experience
