Estes, Ingram, Foels & Gibbs, P.A. has an onsite position for a legal nurse consultant to work with our team of experienced defense trial lawyers. Qualified candidates are required to have a nursing degree and a minimum five years clinical nursing experience. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, electronic medical records knowledge, and good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duties include, but are not limited to, review medical records, perform medical and legal analysis, prepare medical summaries and chronologies, identify and contact witnesses and experts, and deposition preparation. We are willing to consider qualified candidates for part-time but prefer full time employment. Prior LNC experience is preferred by not required. Excellent benefits offered for full time employment.
