This unique opportunity will allow the attorney to work on all aspects of the business, with ultimate responsibilities being broad, including: evaluating the merits, costs, and risks of high-value cases; negotiating deals from start to finish; and managing a substantial portfolio of cases. The attorney will partner with the business development team and should have some interest in this area as well.

This is not a remote role. The base compensation will be ~$225,000 - $250,000, with tremendous upside potential in the total package. This total compensation package, which consists of base, a substantial discretionary bonus and generous long-term incentives, can significantly exceed law firm compensation.
