We are seeking Experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join our rapidly growing California team! This job is a commission-only job.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customers and close a minimum of 12 loans per year.
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
Qualifications:
- MUST BE A CURRENT LOAN OFFICER
- MUST HAVE A MINIMUM PRODUCTION IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OF 12 CLOSED LOANS
- Current NMLS license or ability to obtain one quickly.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
