🔧 Boiler Plant Turbine Operator - (Groton, CT)

💵 Pay: $33–$37/hr | 📆 Contract-to-Hire (4 months)

🕒 Schedule: DuPont rotating shift (includes 7-day breaks!)

📍 Location: Onsite at client's 160-acre, 2.8M sq ft R&D campus

🛠️ Role Highlights:

Operate high-pressure steam boilers, gas turbines, and power distribution systems in a mission-critical facility. Be the first responder to alarms, perform equipment rounds, and ensure regulatory compliance.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years in skilled trades or industrial ops
• CT OE2 license (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• 🚫 Note: Drug test required (no THC)

🖥️ BMS Control Room Operator - (Groton, CT)

🛠️ Role Highlights:

Monitor and operate chilled water systems, HVAC, and building automation controls. Respond to alarms, perform rounds, and ensure optimal environmental conditions for scientific operations.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years technical experience in industrial/commercial environments
• CT OE2 license (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
