We're Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer – Platform Experience
Location: Santa Clara, CA
We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong platform-level experience to join our team! This role involves the design and integration of mechanical systems within complex platforms — such as robotics, data centers, or other large-scale engineering systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Design mechanical components, systems, and assemblies that integrate seamlessly into broader platforms
- Ensure mechanical systems meet requirements for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, thermal, and structural teams
- Translate design concepts into high-quality production drawings
What You Bring:
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, etc.)
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Experience with thermal and structural analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) best practices
