100% outpatient primary care with the option for up to 70% telehealth responsibilities
Combines virtual primary care and on-site outpatient clinic two days every week or three consecutive days every other week
Full-time position with flexible scheduling or part-time options
Open to new grad and practicing nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Established patient volume
Staff includes medical assistant and front office personnel
W2 employed or independent contractor 1099 options available
Highly competitive compensation in the range of $80-$100/hour, depending on experience
Full benefits available for W2 employed providers
Located in Blythe with a secondary location option in Santa Barbara County wine country also available
