People Operations Specialist
Location: Hybrid Lakewood, CO(Work from Home Monday and Friday, in-office Tuesday–Thursday)
CMK Resources is searching for a People Operations Specialist on behalf of one of our partners in the e-commerce and business solutions space. This role blends Recruiting, HR Assistant responsibilities, and Office Manager support to ensure a smooth and positive employee and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to support both employees and leadership in a variety of ways.
What You’ll Do
HR Assistant Responsibilities
- Support People Operations with HR administration including employee records, HRIS data entry, and compliance documentation
- Organize and maintain data, reports, and filing systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries, directing questions to the right contacts
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
- Provide general administrative support to HR and leadership teams
Recruiting Support
- Manage parts of the recruiting process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screens and manage candidate communications with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accuracy
- Familiarity with ADP systems is beneficial
Office Coordination
- Manage front desk operations such as mail, packages, and office supplies
- Handle break room shopping and restock needs
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and upkeep
- Act as first point of contact with building landlord
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience across HR, recruiting, and office administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to partner at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, with ability to multitask effectively
- Desired proficiency with ADP; additional experience with SuccessFactors, Principal, or Employee Navigator is a plus

- Annual base salary range of $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
