Role: Principal SDET - Performance Test Engineer

Location: Lakewood, CO (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)

Contract or Perm: Full-Time Perm role.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in an SDET role, with a minimum of 5 years in performance testing.
Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language such as .NET C#, C++, or Python.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.

Other Qualification:

Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Solid understanding of protocols, web technologies, and REST APIs.
Experience implementing solutions to maximize test efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance test results and diagnosing system performance issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work well in collaborative relationships and lead discussions to solve complex problems.
