Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Location: The Gardens at Camp Hill – Camp Hill, PA
Revital Rehab Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehab care at The Gardens at Camp Hill, a skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA. As part of the Revital team, you’ll help residents restore function, improve mobility, and regain independence—all while working in a supportive, clinician-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver physical therapy services in alignment with professional standards and Revital protocols
Participate in evaluations and contribute to creating individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
Track resident progress, update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
