About the Role
The Polling Project Director will manage polling projects from survey design through final reporting, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage polling projects from survey design through final reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Edit survey drafts, toplines, and presentation reports.
- Compile and analyze public opinion data for strategic use.
- Support partners with research insights and political recommendations.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience in political or opinion research.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational time management.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting.
- Experience in Republican politics, public affairs, and polling.
- Experience managing research vendors and project timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SPSS, R, or statistical software.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $80-100k with competitive bonuses.
