About the Role
A high-end custom homebuilder in McLean , VA is looking to bring on a few Project Managers . They specialize in luxury modern homes and offer a flexible hybrid setup —just 1–2 days on site , with the rest remote . It’s a great opportunity to work on some of the most impressive homes in the area while keeping a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documents and tracking in Procore
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and selection sheets across multiple builds
- Handle change orders and coordinate closely with Superintendents
- Lead and attend client meetings throughout the build process
- Submit and manage permits with local municipalities
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date (plans, specs, buyouts)
- Support estimating, punch lists, selections, and material tracking
- Generate RFIs and maintain accurate spec documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management
- Comfortable with Procore , Google Workspace , and MS Office
