SNI has been engaged by a Real Estate Development company in Dallas that is hiring an Senior Analyst due to growth. This reports to a VP of Finance and will interface cross functionally to drive finance, investment reporting, underwriting and real estate development strategy. This offers above market base salary and bonus.

FP&A Manager

• 3+ years of real estate development finance experience
• Ability to build financial models, drive analysis over all investments/portfolios and thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment
• Heavy excel – will own the corporate model, dashboards, and decks for execs
• CFA or background in investment banking a plus
