About the Role:
LHH is seeking a Recruiter with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, to join our client's team. This is a temp-to-hire position located onsite in Vernon, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job ads and source candidates
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment screenings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successful placements and meeting hiring quotas
- Strong skills in MS Office and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
