In this role, you will act as an extension of our client's HR function, focusing on business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of contingent employees. Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a team environment to screen and select candidates based on client-specific job profiles and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Establish and nurture a strategic partnership with the client , understanding of their business operations, company direction, policies, and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to both clients and employees to ensure successful placements and positive work experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards, policies, and workplace safety regulations.
