Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about Medicare options and guide them to the best plan
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Maintain compliance with CMS regulations
- Accurately complete applications and necessary documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License with Medicare certification
- Previous experience in Medicare sales preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online tools
