Hiring: Restaurant Contract Recruiter
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: Up To $38/ Hr

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer)
- High-volume recruiting managing dozens of positions
- Successfully organize and balance complex job order requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers
- Provide weekly updates on candidate sourcing, and placement activity
Qualifications:
- Must have recruiting experience in the restaurant industry
- Must have Workday experience
- Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
- High-volume recruiting experience managing at least 10 job orders at one time
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Persuasive skills
- Experience supporting senior-level hiring managers
- Extremely self-reliant, requires minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- ATS/HRIS experience preferred
