Our client in the insurance world is looking for a Sales Assistant who can juggle schedules, keep clients happy, and keep our account managers and brokers looking like superheroes. If you love a fast pace, live for crossing things off your to-do list, and have a knack for building relationships, this is your arena.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first friendly voice clients hear and the one they remember
• Keep sales humming along—answering questions, scheduling appointments, and following up like a pro
• Build strong client relationships that make people say, “I want to work with them again!”
• Stay up-to-date on products, industry news, and the latest trends so you’re always one step ahead
• Team up with sales and marketing to make big things happen
• Keep our records flawless and our data squeaky clean
• Jump in on special projects and new service launches—no two days are ever the same

What You Bring (Your Utility Belt):

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree or solid relevant experience
• Insurance background? Nice, but not a dealbreaker—we’ll teach you
• Excellent communication skills (both talking and typing)
• People skills that put clients at ease
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer apps
• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to roll up your sleeves
