We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Solution Analyst / Architect to lead the enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy and ensure business processes are optimized through scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation at the intersection of life sciences and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise business goals.
- Lead the design and governance of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations across ERP (Oracle Fusion), HCM (Workday), and other enterprise platforms.
- Architect and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, leveraging automation, AI, and multi-cloud integrations.
- Establish Salesforce best practices for data governance, compliance, and technical standards.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions that enhance CRM capabilities and customer engagement.
- Manage technical debt and system optimization while ensuring long-term scalability.
- Build a Salesforce innovation roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies and advanced automation.
- Champion advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to drive real-time insights for leadership.
- Mentor developers, admins, and solution architects to elevate delivery capabilities across the team.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce-focused Sr. Business Analyst/Architect.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and business process optimization.
- Proven success translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certifications:
- App Builder
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Technical Architect
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience (Smartsheet, Jira).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized products.
- API/third-party integration experience.
- Strong background in CRM strategies and enterprise best practices.
